psychedelic medicine
preparation & integration
“Psychedelics open doors and create space for radical self-inquiry. It’s what happens after — the daily practices, the intentional reflection, the commitment to integration — that shapes lasting transformation.”-Jerry Colonna.
Psychedelic medicine can be a doorway to parts of ourselves that have felt out of reach—places shaped by stress, protection, or disconnection. When these experiences are held in a container with intentional preparation, somatic support and integration, they can become meaningful pathways for self-development, healing, and growth.
This approach works with the nervous system, helping to soften deeply rooted patterns and create capacity for new ways of being. Within a trauma-informed container, psychedelic experiences may offer wider perspectives on life—like a bird’s-eye view—inviting new ways of relating to self beyond the usual defenses and protectors.
Many people find that this space allows emotions held for a long time to gently surface for acknowledgment and processing. Research also suggests that psychedelic states may be associated with increased neuroplasticity, supporting greater flexibility in the brain and nervous system and opening possibilities for new patterns of thinking, feeling, and being.
I help you listen to your own inner intelligence. My work is guided by the Holotropic Principle–the concept of moving toward wholeness.
From this perspective, the body is seen as carrying its own innate intelligence for healing and growth. This understanding guides how I approach preparation and integration—following your inner guidance rather than leading from an external agenda.
Preparation
This phase supports you to enter an experience feeling resourced, informed, and grounded. We focus on clarifying intentions without rigid expectations, learning about psychedelic states, building skills to meet activation, and developing personal resources for safety and orientation.
Integration
Integration helps translate temporary states into lasting traits. Together we make meaning from the experience without rushing or over-interpreting, supporting insights to become embodied in daily life—so what was felt in the journey can gently reshape how you think, feel, and relate over time.
