about me

I am a certified Somatic Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator and I am trained in Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Therapeutic Work.

My work weaves together somatic practices, conscious connected breathwork, and psychedelic medicine support. These can be offered as stand-alone modalities or integrated together.

I’ve worked as a Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care for over 10 years. As I remain deeply committed to supporting others through their most vulnerable moments, my own healing journey has revealed a deeper calling- to guide others in recovering from chronic stress and trauma through body-based, somatic practices that lead to grounded, lasting transformation.

my background

For many years, I moved through life carrying the weight of unhealed trauma and chronic stress, expressed through anxiety, depression, disordered eating, people-pleasing and over-functioning.

I sought help through many conventional paths, but I still felt anxious, disconnected and as if I wasn’t fully living my life.

Everything shifted when I discovered that true transformation begins in the body—it wasn’t thinking or talking my way into regulation—it was learning to build capacity. To stay with sensations and emotions without shutting down or becoming overwhelmed. That created a kind of freedom—the knowing that I could feel deeply and still be safe within myself. From that place, I could finally understand my stress patterns and trauma with more clarity.

Recognizing and working with my survival states opened the door to regulation, presence, and a grounded sense of inner freedom. For the first time, I felt what it meant to truly be safe inside my own body—and everything shifted

my approach

We begin by letting the body lead—learning how your nervous system works–how it has adapted to stress and trauma, and how to work with those patterns.

Together, we build your capacity to fully feel and process sensations and emotions—to stay with them, understand them, and integrate them—without needing to discharge everything for temporary relief. As your capacity expands and stored stress begins to move, you naturally gain access to deeper layers of insight, clarity, and presence.

From this grounded foundation, expanded states of consciousness can be approached with more depth and intention. Through integration, we explore the wisdom that arises and learn how to bring it into your life in practical, sustainable ways.
