about me
I'm a certified somatic coach and breathwork facilitator. I support individuals in safely exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness through nervous system-rooted preparation and integration
My approach begins with body-first healing—showing, rather than telling, the body that it is safe.
I’ve worked as a Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care for over 10 years. As I remain deeply committed to supporting others through their most vulnerable moments, my own healing journey has revealed a deeper calling- to guide others in recovering from chronic stress and trauma through body-based, somatic practices that lead to grounded, lasting transformation.
my background
For many years, I moved through life carrying the weight of unhealed trauma and chronic stress, expressed through anxiety, depression, disordered eating, people-pleasing and over-functioning.
I sought help through many conventional paths, but I still felt anxious, disconnected and as if I wasn’t fully living my life.
Everything shifted when I discovered that true transformation begins in the body. Not by thinking or talking my way to regulation, but by showing my body it is safe.
Learning to recognize and work with my survival states gave me access to regulation, presence and a grounded sense of freedom. For the first time, I felt what it was like to truly feel safe within myself, and that changed everything.

I draw from a range of tools to support nervous system restoration and recovery from chronic stress and trauma, including somatic coaching, conscious connected breathwork, experiential meditation, expanded state support and ritual development.
At the heart of my work is the desire to empower individuals to reconnect with their bodies, deepen self-awareness and experience a true sense of safety within themselves and the world around them.
