This is a highly individualized container where we meet weekly for a minimum of 12 sessions. 

Because every nervous system is different, this space is intentionally personalized. Together, we’ll create supportive practices and protocols that align with your unique system and goals.

Our work begins with foundational practices and education to build nervous system regulation and establish safety from within. From this place, you will have grown  more capacity to begin to process and integrate what is held in your unique system. Rather than focusing solely on mindset, behavior or goal setting, we start with the body—gently exploring sensations, emotions, and survival patterns that shape how you move through the world.

Together, we’ll weave somatic tools, conscious breathwork, emotional regulation, experiential meditation and ritual into your process—supporting you in reconnecting with your body, restoring inner safety and building resilience from the inside out.

From this grounded place, we can then explore deeper goals, develop supportive rituals and help you create an intentional and purposeful life.

12-session Somatic Coaching- $1200

  • Option to complete monthly payments of $425.00

What you can expect in the 1:1 coaching space

  • Weekly live, individualized sessions held on Zoom, 60 minutes

  • Daily support through Signal (voice notes, texting)

  • A daily practice protocol customized for your needs (movement, meditation, breathwork, journaling)

  • While the program is structured around weekly sessions, there’s space to skip a week or two when needed. This allows for a supportive pace that honors your schedule and capacity.
